• Inquiry forms. When you reach out about an escape, we collect your name, email address, message and any travel preferences you provide so we can respond personally.
• Partner applications. When you apply to join our collection, we collect details about you and your property — contact information, location and the description you submit.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate partner applications, and improve the experience we offer. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Submissions are securely stored using Supabase, our trusted infrastructure provider. Data is protected with industry-standard security measures and access controls, and is only accessible to the EscapeTide team for the purposes described above.

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data (the right to be forgotten).
• Object to or restrict how we process your data.
• Request a portable copy of the data you provided to us.
