EscapeTide began with a simple observation: the best places to stay rarely show up on the first page of a booking site. They live on a handwritten list a friend's friend gives you, or in the memory of a host who once made you breakfast on a sunlit terrace.
We travel Europe in search of those places — small guesthouses, mountain cabins, seaside hideaways, family-run villas — and bring them together in one quiet collection. Every property is visited. Every escape is shaped by hand.
Why we exist
